This is evident in countries that even provide for data generations.In most developing countries, hardly will there be provision for data generation not to think of R& D,That is why innovation development and its applications are not pronounced in the developing countries.One expects strong advocacy to make the general public in developing countries to appreciate the relevance of R&D with a view to adopting it in their development plans and accordingly factor it in their budgets .
