This is a desirable symposium expected to mobilize funds to upgrade the existing water infrastructures and or for the construction of new installations to meet the global water insecurity.Unfortunately the most third world countries are worse off as they hardly consider this gap a serious problem to attract accessed increased financial budgetary provision within or identify with this kind of noble call to improve the well being of their citizenry. I therefore expect a resolution that can make the third world countries to see reasons to be part of this efforts to make their societies better.This no doubt requires extra efforts of the organizers of this symposium to hold similar symposium in any third world countries subsequently in addition to advocate the resolutions expected.Especial in this regard is Africa.
