It was such water with moderately set volumes and rates of evaporation, and created the climate in which humanity appeared and developed. A man with his needs began to destroy food chains, plowing up land, filling it with landfills, pouring water reservoirs, paving and concreting cities and roads. 67% of the land is taken from nature and this process grows every day. Deprived of its functions, water from degraded areas, supplemented by evaporation from technological processes, rises and forms a new cycle of artificial fumes. Hence, natural disasters and climate change.
