Dear Robert An important and milestone post which was much needed for building capacity to avert climate change adverse impacts on water resources , particularly in developing countries where political corruption is overshadowing such important fields of human development and survival. I appreciate the efforts of UNEP-DHI who have already working on water resources management and have organised various webinars on S2S ( water tracking and monitoring) which I am attending regularly . The guide book on climate change adaption technologies will help in many ways to build resilience.
