The problem of water supply increases in parallel with climate change. The view shown here on the increase in carbon in obtaining potable water enhances the human impact on the climate. An analysis of the interaction of water, atmospheric phenomena and man leads to the thought that man destroyed 63% of the inhabited land on which organic evaporation gave way to artificial evaporation. Giant evaporation from industrial and communal processes was added to them. The water cycle in nature has changed. To stop climate change, we urgently need to return organic vapors to nature and reduce artificial evaporation. All this must be done simultaneously to the whole of mankind.
